B. Heather Murdock is a paralegal and holds a current notary public commission. In 2007, Heather graduated magna cum laude from the American Bar Association approved Paralegal Studies program at De Anza College in Cupertino, California with an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies.

Heather was born in 1956 in Bay Shore, New York. After moving to California in 1979, she worked as a technician in the electronics and computer industries for several years before devoting herself full-time to raising a family.
